Reverse scan

Got a good calibration and tried to scan a 3" meteorite.  I now have one set of 5 slices and one of 6, all very poor quality meshes so they cannot readily be stitched.  Both are also reversed: the subject is negative space cut out of a big solid rectangle.  



It's enough to make you wish for a tornado. I don't see any way to begin putting these together.
