Regarding: Mr Rahul Koduri. Email rahul@eora3d(dot)com. Mr Rich Boers. Email rich@eora3d(dot)com. Mr Indranil Roy. Email indranil@eora3d(dot)com

Have any backers ever communicated with any of the owners of EORA 3D?

Has Mr Koduri ever stood forth and defended his campaign?

Perhaps it is time for him to make a statement to all the backers who he has taken money from and delivered a product that simply does not seem to work.

Has anyone to date who has received an EORA3D scanner EVER produced a working 3D scan that has any functional value?

It is okay to fail, Mr Koduri. You have to admit to that failure.

Instead, you are describing EORA 3D as un fait accompli.

In March 2017 the Austrialian Government published an PDF doc by AUSTRADE in which your company is included. (Link not allowed)
    It states:

    Company Profile
    EORA 3D has designed and
    developed the world’s first
    high-precision 3D Scanner that
is entirely powered by a modern
    smartphone designed for
    professionals and consumers
    alike. A fast and easy-to-use
    solution for capturing objects
    and surfaces accurately in 3D.

    The scanner works by projecting
a green laser across an object
    and utilising the smartphone’s
    camera and processor to study
the distortion of the laser line
    and reconstruct a 3D model,
    that is accurate to sub-100
    microns in under 10 seconds.
    Recently we were awarded by
    Popular Science the Invention
of the Year 2016 award, listed by
Disrupt 100 list as one of the top
    100 most disruptive companies
in the world and featured on CBS
    news in New York.
    EORA 3D is currently
    completing pilots with industry
    leading companies in; Heavy
    Manufacturing (equipment wear
    & tear), Forensics (evidence
    collection) and PLM (part
    digitisation). EORA 3D has
    consumers in over 60 countries
    utilizing the scanner to digitise
    models for 3D printing, gamedesign,
    AR/VR and industrial
    design.

    Is this statement true:

    EORA 3D... A fast and easy-to-use
    solution for capturing objects
    and surfaces accurately in 3D.

Mr Koduri, is this statement true? It is the aim of your campaign, but not the result. The result is still pending.
In the context of the PDF file, it appears that the EORA 3D is already a fully functioning scanner. It is not.

Can you please step forward defend this scanner?

Offer any backers a full refund.

I don't think he'll read that. Did anyone complain yet at Kickstarter or Indiegogo? Is this even possible? Did anyone have a similar experience on any of these platforms before?

The fact that they are still taking orders under the umbrella of protection of two crowd sourcing sites so they cannot face class action while stating in government promotion that the scanner is a technological success is my view is illegal.
