Export of the whole 3D part

(perhaps this topic should be in the category 'Software' but there isn't one...)

When exporting a table scan to PLY, STL or OBJ, every single scan is there but not a complete one stitched together. Isn't it possible?

Since stitching is not perfected yet, this gives us more flexibility to fine align the individual scans. If all the scans were compiled into one point cloud or mesh but the stitching is not perfect that would be worse as we wont be able to seperate the individual scans then and better align them ourselves. Besides it is easy to merge the individual scans into one anyway.
