Calibration error code 1: this means that all the dots were not detected. This could be because the lighting is poor or the position of the scanner is not right (calibration board is outside of bounding box)
Calibration error code 2: this means that the threshold values are coming up as Not a Number (NaN). The scan is so off that you need to repeat it and adjust your setup to try and avoid this from happening.
Calibration error codes 3,4, and 5 are similar to error code 2, the calibration values are too far off from software parameters.
